HYECORP Property Group has launched its new Macquarie Park residential project Monika, which will include 116 residencies aimed at families.
Most of the apartments – 89% – will be three or two-bedroom offerings

Monika will offer views to Wilga Park and Shrimptons Creek, and the design of the building will also allow for mature trees to be planted providing privacy for residents and natural outlook.
It is situated 600metres from the Macquarie University train station and close to Macquarie Centre, Macquarie University and the Macquarie Business hub.
