DAHUA Group Australia will next month offer 30 lots to the market as part of the first release of its new master planned community development Menangle Park, in Sydney’s south-west growth corridor.
The 4,000-dwelling Menangle Park comes after Dahua enjoyed strong sales volumes at its New Breeze development in Bardia.
Menangle Park will comprise 41 hectares of usable open space made up of parks, sports fields and bicycle tracks.
The South West Rail Link and recently announced North-South Rail Link will connect nearby Macarthur station to the Western Sydney Airport, and the Spring Farm Parkway extension will see a planned arterial road linking Menangle Park residents to the Hume Highway.
