FORMER Qantas boss Geoff Dixon and media mogul John Singleton’s Australian Pub Fund has cashed in the Kinselas hotel on Oxford St for $23 million.
The fund has sold the Kinselas hotel to the Kospetas family’s Universal Hotel Group.
This is the sixth pub to be sold by the fund in recent months, and takes the total sales to $120 million, including the Marlborough Hotel in Newtown to renowned chef Matt Moran and Bruce Solomon’s Solotel Group for $34 million.
