KOREAN-themed ice cream group D21 has opened its first Sydney outlet.
The retailer has secured space at 76-78 Liverpool St Sydney, that was formerly a car park and storage unit.
Ray White Commercial’s John Skufris negotiated the deal. D21 has taken out a three-year lease at initial gross rental of approximately $3,275 per sqm per annum.
Separately, Bay Vista’s second dessert bar venue officially opens on Tuesday at Parramatta’s Eat St, a 700 sqm site over two levels at 330 Church St following an extensive renovation some 26 years after the opening of its Brighton store.
“We were recently approached by another client nearby specifically for dessert bar operators as part of their tenant mix within a renowned hotel,” Skufris said.
