AS part of its major expansion plans, Australian Property Journal has appointed Amy Guy as Head of Corporate Development.
The appointment of Ms Guy comes hot on the heels of the announcement that APJ will launch a sister publication, Asia Property Journal in 2019.
APJ will also develop the valuation app “LandVal – What’s Your Property Worth?” alongside joint venture partners, as well as an Asia Pacific property employment portal, and residential and commercial real estate listings portals.
“Amy’s appointment is a major part of APJ’s evolution into a major media player in the Asia Pacific property sector,” APJ Editor and Founder, Nelson Yap said.
“We are currently in talks with a number of joint venture partners about broadening the reach of both Australian Property Journal and Asia Property Journal, as well as new partners about working together to value-add and expand our businesses and memberships.”
Amy Guy previously held a senior role with the Australian Property Institute including Victorian Executive Officer and National Manager of Members Services & Members Advocacy.
“It’s an incredible thrill to join APJ,” Ms Guy said.
“I’m looking forward to working with an organisation that is genuinely interested in and engaged with all facets of the property industry, its influences and transformation.”
Amy Guy, whose appointment is effective immediately, will work with Nelson Yap and senior business partners to develop leading-edge property sector media services that have never been offered before.
