AFTER 10 years of rezoning and planning efforts, EG Development Management has been given the green light for its 12-building, 595-apartment Queen Street development in Sydney’s inner western suburb of Auburn.

The project will also create more than 1,400 sqm of new publicly accessible landscaped space, including three public parks.

“We saw this opportunity to enhance the Auburn community 10 years ago and are pleased to see this come to fruition,” EG chief executive officer, Adam Geha said.

“EG is dedicated to creating sustainable and cohesive urban spaces in partnership with leading architects, engineers and construction experts and have been working on the rezoning and DA for this site since 2008.”
