Syndicate packing up to leave caravan park

A “change of circumstances and other business interests” have prompted a syndicate of investors to put the Poinciana Caravan Park in Cooee Park to the market.

CBRE’s James Carrick and Paul Fraser has marketing the 23,500 sqm site, located south of Yepoon, via expressions of interests closing April 17.

The syndicate has owned the fully managed Capricorn Coast park for six years.

It comprises 103 sites, including 12 cabins and 21 permanent residences, as well as 12 non-powered and 58 powered caravan sites, and features a saltwater pool, large barbecue area and modern amenities.

The caravan park is situated is 200 metres from Cooee Bay Beach and the Coral Sea.
