THE first display apartments are now open at the $395 million high end residential project Waterfall by Crown Group in Sydney’s Waterloo, which recently saw a penthouse sell for $3.28 million.
Crown Group says the 331-apartment project at 18 O’Dea Avenue is the fastest selling in the suburb. Waterfall launched in 2017 to near sell-out success and residents are preparing to move in from next month. Only 25 apartments are available for sale, including two luxury penthouses. Two penthouses were sold within a month of launch.
Sydney buyers can now inspect the apartments in a prime location at 18 O’Dea Avenue, Waterloo, only four kilometres from Sydney’s centre.
Designed by SJB, the development spans three low-rise buildings and one high-rise 20-storey tower, and features natural design elements including a tranquil internal lagoon, a lush rooftop escape with private outdoor cinema and tropical bamboo walk, and one of Australia’s tallest man-made waterfalls at 22 metres high.
Residents will have access to an infinity edged rooftop pool, sky garden and terrace, recreational deck, sky gym, rooftop outdoor cinema on level 23, function room with a catering kitchen and music room with grand piano.
