FRASERS Property Australia has promoted Scott Ullman to the role of general manager – residential Queensland, taking over from Cameron Leggatt who was recently appointed to the national role of executive general manager – residential.
Ullman was the development director and part of the Frasers Property team for over 12 years.
“Cameron’s leadership has ensured our Queensland business is in a strong position on the back of a healthy portfolio and a united team. I’m looking forward to overseeing the management of our current projects and the strategic reinvestment in new opportunities to build a pipeline for the long-term future,” Ullman said.
CEO Rod Fehring said Ullman’s appointment, the Queensland residential business remains in strong hands.
“We congratulate Scott on this significant promotion, which is testament to the depth of management talent in the company,” Fehring said.
