CBRE has appointed David Corke as director in charge of the Gold Coast office.

Corke’s promotion follows Jonathan O’Brien’s appointment as Queensland regional director, capital markets – metropolitan investments.

CBRE’s senior managing director, Queensland, Bruce Baker said, “David was an ideal candidate for the role given his 20 years of property industry expertise, including 12 years working in our Gold Coast office. In this capacity he has built significant local expertise and has successfully led our Gold Coast Industrial & Logistics team – a role he will maintain in additional to his overall office leadership responsibilities.”
