MORE than 400 lot sales at Resimax Group’s Newbridge Estate in the Melbourne growth suburb Wallan has given the green light for the developer to launch a new adjacent precinct, Newbridge South.

Sales have commenced at Newbridge South, which has a final value of $142 million.

Once complete, the 557-lot development will feature a sporting precinct next to the recently opened Our Lady of the Way Catholic Primary School, close to Wallan train station, the freeway interchange and the Wallan town centre.
