The group has John Holland has topped out at the 180 Flinders St in Melbourne’s CBD development for Dexus. When completed in 2020, it will be John Holland’s new Melbourne HQ, bringing its corporate and regional offices together.

John Holland CEO Joe Barr said the A grade development would increase the company’s presence in the Melbourne CBD.

“This will be an iconic development for Melbourne, that breathes new life into a heritage building, and I am proud that our people will soon be able to move into new offices built by their colleagues,” Barr said.

In Sydney the first of five buildings at John Holland’s Macquarie Square development in Macquarie Park business district is almost complete.

The Glasshouse, a 38,500 sqm A grade office tower, is being prepared for handover early next year to property investment company Charter Hall.
