Magical start for Potter Projects

POTTER Projects has launched a new $13 million commercial development on the Gold Coast, which has already sold eight units.

Located at 2 Case St Southport, Central on Case features 22 strata titled units comprising showrooms, warehouses, office space, self-storage units and a café.

Director Zac Potter said enquiry levels for the project were very strong, with eight units already sold. Units range in size from 70 sqm up to 180 sqm and are starting from $345,000 exc. GST.

Completion of the development is anticipated for August this year, with demolition of the existing building and ground works having just commenced.

The project is being marketed by Darren Mealing from Potter Projects and Josh Wright from Cushman & Wakefield.

“We have had eight sales in the past month mostly to owner occupiers looking for a prime location to operate their business headquarters from or storage options. Given the lack of available supply in the Southport market we are expecting the remaining 14 units will not last long,” Mealing said.
