Cromwell proposes $85m Canberra office

CROMWELL Property Group has lodged an $85 million development application for a new six-storey office building consisting at 19 National Circuit in Canberra’s Barton precinct.

The DA is to demolish the existing buildings and construct an 18,000 sqm of A-grade building. Cromwell acquired 19 National Circuit in July 2005. The existing building on the site, which was constructed in 1993, comprises four storeys with NLA of 7,073 sqm.

The development is targeting a 6-Star NABERS Energy rating, as well as a 6-Star Green Star Design and As-Built v1.3 rating.
