Cushman appoints head of IFM

CUSHMAN & Wakefield has Jon McCormick as the new head of integrated facilities management in Australia and New Zealand.

He will lead the firm’s IFM, trade services and PPP (public private partnerships) businesses comprising a team of approximately 1,400. McCormick joins from Brookfield Global Integrated Services (BGIS) where he spent 21 years including most recently as APAC managing director.

APAC head of IFM Jun Sochi said, “To secure an executive of Jon’s calibre is a reflection of Cushman & Wakefield’s strong brand presence in the market. Jon has had a strong reputation of success in property services and facilities management. His leadership significantly strengthens our offering to clients as their requirements and the market changes in the post-COVID-19 environment.”
