Rayjon making a big splash at Burleigh Waters

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

BUOYED by the success of its Vantage residences at Benowa, developer Rayjon Group has received council approval for a $45 million apartment development in Burleigh Waters.

Adjacent to the Rayjon-owned Treetops Plaza shopping centre, the Burleigh Waters project will comprise 56 apartments.

Rayjon general manager Tyneal Dodds said approval by the Gold Coast Council would pave the way for a project launch in coming months.

The development, set on a massive 3,300 sqm site and designed with plenty of open space for residents, takes a low-density approach on a site that could have easily accommodated significantly more apartments.
