OVER $59 billion is spent in the City of Stonnington, home to Melbourne’s wealthiest suburbs and major shopping precincts. Retail was hit hard by COVID-19, Stonnington is engaging with residents, anchor retailers and developers to rejuvenate these strips as well as increase “closer to home” offices as more people embrace hybrid working.

Stonnington is home to Chapel Street, Glenferrie Road, High Street, Malvern Road and Toorak Road and as well as fashion capital Chadstone.
