ONLINE computer store PC Case Gear has leased a major warehouse within Goodman’s Eumemmerring Business Park in Dandenong South in Melbourne’s south east.
The fast growing e-retailer has secured a 6,267sqm tenancy.
CBRE’s David Aiello negotiated the latest deal on behalf of Goodman. The rental terms were not disclosed.
However industry sources speculate the commencing rental is more than $150 per sqm.
“Having sold the site to Goodman in September 2019, CBRE has since leased all four speculatively developed industrial units,” Aiello said.
“PC Case Gear was drawn to the site by its efficient access via Eastlink and Frankston-Dandenong Road, along with its 5-star Green Star energy features, and 13.7m internal clearance. The rent has set a new benchmark for Dandenong South, whilst delivering PC Case Gear substantial savings given the operational efficiencies achieved.”
Now complete, the 6.5ha Eumemmerring Business Park comprises a total lettable area of 30,454sqm. PC Case Gear’s lease brings the occupancy of Goodman’s latest state-of-the-art industrial park, built by Qanstruct, to 100% capacity.
Relocating from Rowville, PC Case has signed a five-lease and will be joining Zipform (11,881sqm), Gold Peg International (3,834sqm) and WAM Engineering (8,449sqm) at the warehousing and distribution park located at 10 Abbotts Road, Dandenong South.
