LUXURY property developer Tim Gurner has listed his personal “wellness” residence at his on Saint Moritz project for circa $15 million.
Gurner and his wife Aimee initially retained the 500sqm luxury two-storey, four-bedroom, six-garage home when the $550 million project first launched to much success.
Featuring private lift access, 6-metre-high ceilings and view of the St Kilda foreshore, the home is one of 20 Saint Moritz residences.
