DTZ has appointed Gary Hollis as head of capital markets in Asia Pacific.
Based in Singapore, Hollis joins DTZ with more than 15 years’ experience in funds management and investment advisory in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to joining DTZ, he was CEO and managing director of Archway Capital Partners in Singapore, responsible for establishing and leading this advisory business focused on real estate acquisition and disposal, capital structuring and funds management.
He began his career in the UK in an accounting firm, and spent nine years with the Macquarie Group, and took up the role of joint head of real estate investment banking for Southeast Asia.
