Australian Property Journal Subscribers Terms & Conditions Agreement
Premium APJ Subscription is a paid subscription service. By subscribing to Australian Property Journal you are agree with this Terms & Conditions statement. Australian Property Journal reserves the right to vary the services.
Australian Property Journal will charge you in Australian Dollars ($AUD) regardless of your country of residence.
You agree to pay any subscription fees at the rates in effect when the charges are incurred. You must provide us with complete and accurate payment information. You can pay by either American Express, Visa, Mastercard. By submitting credit card payment details to Australian Property Journal, you warrant that you are entitled to purchase Premium APJ Subscription using those payment details.
Pricing: The subscription price is set out on the pages which contain our subscription process. You agree to purchase a monthly or annual subscription, which will automatically renewed, until you decide to cancel the subscription.
You authorise Australian Property Journal to charge you automatically for the renewal, you may request to cancel at the membership page or by emailing subscribe@australianpropertyjournal.com.au.
Prices: Australian Property Journal will notify you in advance of any price increases.
Subscription Packages: You may purchase an individual or corporate (combined) subscriptions to Premium APJ Subscription. If you purchase one subscription, you agree that you will not share or distribute your subscription key to other people. Our computer systems are programmed to automatically detect and suspend subscriptions if more than one user is found to be using an individual subscription. Also in the event that your login details are stolen, the system will disable the account and you will be notified that your security on your subscription has been breached.
If you are looking for multiple user packages, we recommend that you contact us at (subscribe@australianpropertyjournal.com.au) to discuss discount prices for corporate subscriptions to Premium APJ Subscription.
In the case of unauthorised payments, Australian Property Journal reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Premium APJ Subscription. If we do not receive payment authorisation or any authorisation is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to Premium APJ Subscription.
Australian Property Journal will try to process your subscription promptly but does not guarantee that access will be available to you by any specified time. A contract with you for receipt of Premium APJ Subscription will come into effect when Australian Property Journal confirms this to you.
There is no specific time limit applying to your use of the Premium APJ Subscription on these terms and conditions. However, Australian Property Journal reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription to Premium APJ Subscription if you breach these terms and conditions, with or without notice and without further obligation to you.
News Delivery: Australian Property Journal will aim to commence delivery of the daily e-brief to you within the next business day of your purchase.
