TOGA and SC Capital Partners have completed construction of its $270 million master-planned community at a former car yard site in Hurstville, in Sydney’s south.
Completion of the Highpoint Hurstville, a three-tower, 448-apartment development at Hurstville City’s topographic point marked the final phase of construction.
Stanisic Architects-designed development is now home to more than 800 residents.
Toga development and construction chief executive officer Fabrizio Perilli said that what was once a well-known car yard has been transformed into high-quality inclusive living with every imaginable convenience at the doorstep of residents.
Toga general manager of sales, marketing and property management Alex Adams said Highpoint Hurstville has been incredibly popular with buyers, with all 448 apartments selling out immediately after construction commenced.
Toga sold more than 80% of apartments in its 192-residence tower One Twenty Macquarie at the one-day sales launch in March this year.
