SALTA Properties has unveiled plans for its $13.9 million OneFourFive development on Clarendon St in Melbourne’s Southbank.
OneFourFive will be constructed on a 595 sqm site picked up Salta Properties in November 2015.
Design by Architectus, the seven-level building will include co working spaces and end of trip facilities, as well as bike parking, open plan meeting desks and booth seating, outdoor sheltered terraces and retail space.
“OneFourFive will deliver exceptional open plan offices and will be perfect for a single boutique tenant or multiple tenants that want to be at the heart of the city fringe setting,” Salta Properties managing director, Sam Tarascio said.
Surrounded by popular retail and hospitality offerings, including the South Melbourne Market, the office building is on the route 12 tram, providing easy access to the CBD.
