CONSOLIDATED Properties Group has bolstered its ranks with three key appointments.
Rob Clifton – who has 20 years of experience, including senior positions with Stockland and QIC – has been appointed as national manager for retail leasing.
Project director Clinton Amble, formerly of Lendlease and Mirvac, also joins the team with more than a decade of industry experience. He will be responsible for the residential work book, which includes the $850 million Yeerongpilly Green urban village and the $600 million Cornerstone Living project in Coopers Plains.
The group has also appointed marketing chief, Chelsey Blount, who will run the company’s communications strategy including branding, digital, advertising and creative campaigns.
Executive chairman Don O’Rorke said all three appointments are a major coup.
“As we have approached the 40-year milestone this year, it’s the right time to ensure our most important asset – our team – is the best it can be, with the capacity and capability to drive future growth.
“The year ahead promises to be even bigger than 2018, which saw the launch of our new small commercial projects division, the start of upgrade and expansion works on three neighbourhood shopping centres in south east Queensland and the beginning of Yeerongpilly Green.” O’Rorke said.
