CBRE promotes new valuation national directors

CBRE has made several promotions within the valuation & advisory services team.

Ryan Korda has been appointed to the role of national director – head of Industrial & Logistics (I&L), valuation & advisory services.

Julian Volpa was promoted to the role of director – head of I&L, Valuation & Advisory Services, NSW.

CBRE national director, Valuation & Advisory Services, Kyle Richardson said the appointments reinforced CBRE’s focus on delivering a market leading service offering in both core valuation work and value-add consulting and advisory activities.

“Ryan and Julian are leaders in the industrial & logistics sector, with wide-ranging industry experience and a deep understanding of our clients’ drivers and valuation requirements,” he added.

Korda has over 12 years’ experience and he is currently on the panels of all major Australian banks. He has successfully led the Victorian I&L Valuation & Advisory Services team, which he will retain.

Volpato joined CBRE seven years ago and has 15 years’ experience.
