CONSTRUCTION is underway at Cube Developments’ Nature, a luxury residential project in Maroochydore’s Cotton Tree.
All but one of Nature’s 12 residences across the offerings eight storeys have been purchased ahead of construction, with the last remaining full floor apartment yet to hit the market.
Nature is located above the Maroochy River at 49 The Esplanade in the coastal suburb of Cotton Tree, around 5km out from the Sunshine Coast’s city centre.
“As Cube Constructions’ first project, we’re so pleased to see our skilled teams work towards a shared vision, guided by trust, communication, and a commitment to excellence to deliver a unique product designed to make residents feel like it’s their very own private resort,” said Scott Juniper, director at Cube Developments.
The Cottee Parker Architects-designed offering features luxury amenities including a lap pool, private dining, gym, sauna and steam room, yoga lawn, gardens and sun lounging areas across the ground floor activity space.
“Our goal was to create a product that not only boasted superior amenities, but also a higher level of architectural specifications and an unparalleled premium aesthetic,” said Sandra Browne, director at Cottee Parker.
“The use of varied construction materials, the expansive open glass facade and the panoramic viewing area reflect a level of architectural quality that distinguishes Nature from other designs in Maroochydore.”
The success of Nature so far follows its Seasons by Cube project, which achieved $40 million in sales over six months to sell out its first mid-rise tower.
While in 2021, the developers also saw sell out success of all 50 apartments in its $27 million Birtinya project, One Prosperity, on the Sunshine Coast.
Nature by Cube is anticipated to reach completion by September 2024.
